Final Review in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding has one quiet, critical job: making sure what a new hire typed (name, address, banking and tax details) matches what they signed and uploaded. In most setups, that check looks like this:
- Leave the review screen to find the documents
- Download each file, one at a time
- Flip between windows to compare
- Work out which copy is the latest signed one
- Clean banking forms and ID scans out of the Downloads folder
Restarts make it worse. Every time a candidate restarts onboarding, documents are generated again, and the reviewer has to work out which version actually counts.
The fix

DocuVue is a browser extension that opens a panel beside the Final Review task. The SuccessFactors page stays visible and usable, so the reviewer compares the form with the paperwork without leaving it.
One continuous scroll
Signed forms, policies and candidate uploads in one view, with bookmarks grouped by type to jump straight to "Direct Deposit" or "Void Cheque".
Latest signed only
Restarts and older copies are filtered out, and anything not yet signed is flagged. No guessing which version counts.
Opens in place
PDF, Word and images open right in the browser, with zoom, fit to width and search inside PDFs. Nothing is downloaded.
English and French
Bilingual from day one, built for Canadian employers and bilingual document sets.
Safe by design
Onboarding files hold your most sensitive data. We treat them that way.
Banking details, government IDs and self-identification forms all pass through Final Review. Every download is a copy someone now has to worry about, so we set a few non-negotiables.

Your existing login and permissions
Runs in the reviewer's own SuccessFactors session. If someone can't see a document in SuccessFactors, they can't see it in DocuVue. No new access, no stored credentials.

DocuVue changes nothing in SuccessFactors and needs no configuration changes there.

Nothing downloaded or stored
Documents live in memory and are cleared when the panel closes. No files in Downloads, no copies, no cache.

No DocuVue server
No database, no analytics, no third-party calls. Data goes nowhere except your own SuccessFactors.

Why we built it this way
Small scope wins.
We kept DocuVue deliberately small: one screen, one job, and no new servers. It respects the platform's security instead of working around it. There are no service accounts and no stored passwords, just the reviewer's own session.
